Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will grant you complete control over your email mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this user-friendly user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox account in no time and administer its settings easily. In addition, you can forward e-mail messages from one mail account to another, finetune mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your e-mail boxes against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mail box accounts against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming email messages based on specific rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email box to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Simply select the mailbox you wish to redirect mails from, then choose the destination email mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your choice to access your e-mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
